Sunflower oil is one of the most common and useful vegetable oils.

Sunflower oil is produced from seeds that have not been roasted or otherwise heat-treated. It retains all the vitamins, enzymes and other valuable substances of the seeds. Cold-pressed oil is completely devoid of trans fats, which are formed during heating and are strong oxidants and carcinogens.

It has a delicate aroma of fresh sunflower seeds and a spicy light yellow colour.
