Coconut flakes are a processed product of coconut pulp (see photo), which is very often used in the preparation of all kinds of baked goods, and sometimes even meat and side dishes.

Coconut flakes are obtained in an easy way: fresh coconut is peeled, coconut milk is drained, and then all the pulp is scraped out. It is thoroughly kneaded and then dried in the sun. Only after that you can start grinding it. The calorie content of finished coconut flakes comes out much higher than that of fresh coconut pulp.

The composition of coconut flakes contains a large amount of trace elements and vitamins, thanks to which the immune system and the body as a whole are strengthened.
