Recommendations for use:

Flaxseed oil has a rather specific taste – slightly reminiscent of fish oil and with a pleasant, slight bitterness. Flaxseed oil can be used either pure as a salad dressing or mixed with other vegetable oils. It can be mixed with honey, fruit, syrup, added to porridge, or used to prepare other cold dishes.

It is not recommended to heat the oil, as its beneficial properties are lost during heating.

Regular consumption of flaxseed oil helps prevent cardiovascular disease, lower blood pressure, strengthen the nervous system, and alleviate and treat asthma.

Storage conditions: store the bottle of oil tightly closed in a dry place inaccessible to children at a temperature of 0 to +25°C and relative humidity not exceeding 85%. After opening, store at a temperature of 0 to +5°C for no more than 60 days. Avoid direct sunlight. Do not heat to temperatures above 50°C.
