How to use:

• Black coffee: prepare using your chosen method to appreciate the flavour without additions.
• With milk or a plant-based drink: add a warm frothed drink to the brewed coffee to taste.
• Iced coffee: cool freshly brewed coffee and serve over ice, allowing for dilution as the ice melts.
• Dessert soaking: use cooled coffee without grounds to moisten sponge cake or tiramisu according to your recipe.
• Coffee cream: add brewed coffee without grounds to cream or ganache following a recipe, allowing for the extra liquid.

Tip: Do not substitute dry ground coffee for brewed coffee in creams unless the recipe calls for it, as it changes the texture. Reseal the pack tightly after opening.
