Moringa comes from North India, where it is called the ‘miracle tree’.  According to historical data, moringa has been used as a medicinal plant for over 2000 years.  All parts of the plant are used.  Moringa leaves are used for tea 

 an immunomodulator, stabilises blood pressure, improves digestion, regulates the thyroid gland, prevents the accumulation of excess fat, moringa contains dozens of amino acids, including alanine, arginine, aspartic acid, cystine, glycine, leucine, lysine, methionine, finilalanine, serine, threonine, tryptophan, tyrosine and valine (this is a complete set of acids contained in meat). thanks to chlorogenic acid, it establishes a balance of glucose in the blood. the enzyme tyrosine synthesises melanin in the upper layers of the skin.  The result is a beautiful tan. Moringa is diuretic, relieves swelling, and is recommended for athletes to take before or after training.  It accelerates muscle growth, inhibits the action of free radicals, has anti-inflammatory effects, and regulates cholesterol levels in arthritis and joint pain.

There is only one contraindication - pregnancy.  Especially in the early stages.  This also includes nursing mothers and children under 14.

Our recommended method of consumption: 50/50 matcha tea with moringa, or add to smoothies, salads, breakfasts.
